KOMBO

Welcome to Kårservice’s and the students’ own tenant association. We are a free tenant association for all students at Linköping University.

We negotiate rents and other conditions for tenants with Studentbostäder i Linköping AB, ByggVesta Studentbostäder, Heimstaden and Studentbo i Norrköping AB. This means that we represent you, as a student and tenant, with regard to the state of accommodation, rent, and much more.

We also help students with legal advice regarding housing, with help to find accommodation and with help to organise residents’ associations in the different residential areas. You do not pay us anything for help. You do not even have to live in student housing. To get help from us, you only need to be a student at Linköping University.

New student – find a home!

We have a housing agency where landlords advertise rooms, apartments or other accommodation that they wish to rent to students. The ads are mostly from people who rent out rooms in their private homes, which means that most of them have only one room or one flat for rent. We do not have a queque point system, instead you contact each landlord individually and let them know that you're intrerested. To register an account is free of charge.

To be able to use our agency you will have to register an account and at the same time upload a letter of admission or notification of selection results to prove that you are newly admitted to Linköping university. We firstly reserve our ads for new student at bachelor-or master level. We do this to make it somewhat easier for those students to find housing, which can be quite hard, especially in the fall. In times where things have calmed down on the housing market, usually in late winter and during the first half of the spring semester, we also accept older students as well as PHD-students(letter of admission or proof of employment has to be uploaded). In april we delete all old accounts to make way for the students starting in the fall. After april we will not accept old students or PhDs until winter again.

You with housing – help a student find a home!

Do you have a spare room, an apartment you wish to sublet or a sofa which you can rent out for a short period of time? Then we can help you find someone to fill that space! We welcome all types of accommodation. To advertise through us is free and you do not need to register an account, just click the "place an ad"-button and fill out the information needed.
