KOMBO - Student Tenant Association

Welcome to Kårservice and students own tenants' association. We are a free tenant association for you as a student at Linköping University.

We negotiate rents and other conditions for tenants against Studentbostäder i Linköping AB, ByggVesta Studentbostäder and Studentbo in Norrköping AB. This means that we represent tenants, you as a student, in terms of influence over the accommodation, rentals, and much more.

We also help students with legal advice regarding housing, help to find accommodation and help to organize local tenant councils in different residential areas.

You do not pay anything to us for help, you do not even have to live in student housing - it is enough that you are a student to get help and support from us.

Bostadspoolen - rent an apartment to a student!

We have a housing agency where mainly private landlords advertise rooms, apartments or other accommodation they wish to rent to students. The ads are mostly from private citizens who rent out a room in their private home to students so most of them will only have one room or one flat for rent. There is also a flatmate agency where students can find other students to share an apartment with.

In order to use the service, both to advertise housing and to find somewhere to live, you must first create an account. After registration you log in with the e-mail address and password you registered and can then advertise housing for rent. Students who want to search for housing must also upload their letter of admission so we can confirm that they are students at Linköping University.
